“This was the first time “Glamping” for my husband and third time for me. He loved it! The grounds were very well maintained. The tents were unique. The bed mattress was very comfortable!!”

“the computer system at the reception seems to have issues. Might need an upgrade. Proof point: On 2/3 occasions, it took the person too long to do a simple request and they seemed to get hung on the computer. ”

“I took my kids to help me celebrate Mother’s Day. Friday night , I realized my comforter had a musty , body odor scent . The comforter was not clean AT ALL! I noticed the from desk , the only thing they did was come in and remade the bed. How I know ? I left the musty comforter in the closet and was left witout a comforter and only sheets. Even though I brought my own face towels , their face towels were as dingy …I was disgusted ! I definitely won’t re-book this hotel .”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“This Howard Johnson's is now run by Best Western, and seemed to be intertwined with at least one other hotel, and was a little confusing. Once we found we could park in the tiny lot in the back, where our room was, it was super easy to get in and out. Everything was clean and it's only a couple blocks to walk to town.”

“Disappointed with the property not upto the Hilton standards. Did not meet our expectations even though it was not very busy .Some staff need training in customer service and communication. Can not recommend this hotel.”

“Very easy walk to downtown and back or take the trolley always clean, quiet peaceful love the balconies. We stay here all the time when we go to Gatlinburg.”

“Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel .”

“Very clean, cute decor, pool looked pristine even though we didn't swim. We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Everyone gets an assigned parking spot. Rooms large and have a table and chairs. I cannot say enough good things about this motel. Oh yes- fire pit to relax by at night and adorable Adirondack chairs. ”
