“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...

“My son and I go every January for mom/son trip. We always stay with a fireplace since we don’t have one in FL. Very cheap and staff is nice!!”

“Super clean, friendly staff, convenient to downtown strip as very close walk, easy parking. Chairs to sit in outside door to enjoy, fire pit area and more chairs to sit by the stream! Wonderful place! Highly recommend ”

“The staff was super friendly. Absolutely adored them however my door was messed up in my room. Hard to open and close. Did not have clean wash cloths. Room was very outdated. Stains here and there. Overall could be better. It was a last minute booking but I would not stay here again ”

“Nice room with an artificial fireplace that added an elegant aura to the room. We had a descent view of the mountain top. Sightseeing opportunities were within walking distance. Paid parking was convenient at hotel. Excellent staff (Brianna) made trip memorable. The hotel restaurant's Chefs made some delicious food.”
