“Nothing spectacular everything was very clean always the room staff was nice I didn’t do any laundry or anything I was only there for two days but like I said the room was clean that’s all I care about lungs I don’t see anything running around in there with more legs than I have it’s OK”

“Minutes from Great America and across from the outlets. Chipotle and Steak and shake are an easy walk. Rooms are clean and modern. Included breakfast is welcome. Price is right. Would recommend.”

“Bottom sheet had 3 circle spots on it ranging from 2 and half inch down to 1inch. Informed desk and was given sheets and had to change ourselves. Shower had mold spots on soap shelf(3) and base wall had 4inches near drain wall. Was told cant do any comp because booked thru Expedia... Not happy”

“Room was dirty, with stained carpet and hair in the bathroom. Didn't look like the pictures on the site at all. AC was initially not working, though they changed the filter and the room eventually cooled off. The balcony had crumbling concrete and peeling paint. There was also a surprise "resort fee" when we checked out in the morning.”

“The hotel was wonderful and there was a ton to do. The only thing I wished they had was a hot tub in the water park. Other than that, amazing”
