Hotel vicino a Meyerland Plaza Shopping Center - Houston

“La camera era molto comoda, carina e pulita, il personale molto gentile. Le condizioni di alcune parti dell’hotel però non erano esattamente come nelle foto (hall e sala colazione). I mobili (sedie ecc) erano rovinati. La cosa peggiore però dal mio punto di vista, è stata la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine a colazione. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare tantissima scelta, ma trovo inaccettabile che nel 2025 un hotel non abbia neanche dei biscotti o delle merendine per eventuali ospiti...

“The rooms weren’t ready at 3 ,we had to wait around for a room to be ready,we were going to the Houston Livestock Show and it took time away from that waiting for a room to be available,the staff were trying to do the best they could but the rooms still should have been ready by 3 atleast,we got there at 2:30 and the this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that we weren’t able to check in early”

“Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Had a free shuttle to the rodeo which was amazing. Hot tub wasn't working and place is a bit dated. ”

“Nrg close, no shuttle. Pool not available to use. Weed smell as soon as you walk in lobby and exit the elevator. The room had prior people clothes and towels still in it. Disnwasher not close. Lamp was hanging by wire so scared to use. Ac in bedroom horrible. Fold out sofa not close so couch and sleeper sofa not able to use as well. Pictures very misconceiving. One maid was very nice. Complained to front desk. Nothing happened. Horrible experience for what i paid. Will not use service again.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay here in Houston. The housekeeping kept barging in to the room, even when we were sleeping. They took all of our towels in the middle of getting ready to go out. When checking out we were barely out of the doorway of the room when the housekeeping barged in to turn our room over. The air conditioning did not work at all and it was extremely hot in our room. Between the heat, and disruptions, I won’t be visiting again. ”
