Cottage a Michigan occidentale

“The view of lake was great. We were in cabin 1, But the cabins are really run down and not very clean. Oven was filthy and stove top and sink had deep scratches and chunks of porcelain hunks gone leaving black spots. Faucets had corrosion , water had a really bad smell. I could go on but I should stop. We will never stay there again or suggest it to our friends. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heron’s Nest at Paw Paw Lake Cottages. The cottage was well furnished and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, utensils, and even coffee pods and creamer. It was perfect for two people for a weekend or week-long stay. The multiple AC units were a big plus on hot summer days, and the location was great—just a 5-minute drive from Paw Paw’s main street. We would gladly stay again.”

“We came for a mother daughter weekend getaway and it was a perfect location. Lake was nice and peaceful and we enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but would’ve if the weather wasn’t so windy. We had a fantastic dinner at Bay Pointe Bar and Grille as well as Azul Agave. Visited Holland which was only about an hour drive as well as stopped at checked out the outlet mall in Grand Rapids. Host was very easy to communicate with and check in and out were seamless.”

“The cabin was very clean and comfortable! There were a few carpenter ants we had to deal with, but it is the season for them to start waking up. We enjoyed some horseback riding at Stoney Lake Stables and dipped our toes in Lake Michigan. I highly recommend watching a sunset on the beach of the Lake! Overall, the stay was great!”
