“Any problem that happen the people running the front desk always had the same answer “our system must have a glitch”. The cable was acting up, WiFi was in and out and they had no coffee. This place is a joke”

“Lobby was updated and very clean. Greeted by staff, friendly and answer any questions. Infused water and brewed coffee available. There is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Also, very clean and updated. Room was clean and updated, very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Pool area was also very clean and a swimmable temp for a 4yr old. 10/10 would stay again or recommend.”

“Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione molto buona. Ampia scelta di prodotti da prendere a seconda dei propri gusti: uova strapazzate, salsicce, pane, cereali, muffins, ecc. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il caffè è disponibile h24 e questa è un'ottima cosa. Come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco di non utilizzare più posate di plastica ma di utilizzare quelle ecologiche. Sicuramente ci tornerò.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and checkout very fast. I liked the convenient parking in parking structure that leads right into the hotel lobby (though I thought the parking was included in the room price though only learned later that it wasn't)”
