“This hotel is one of our favorites. Any time we stay in Grand Rapids we come here. The pool and out door hot tub are fabulous. The rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast is fantastic. ”

“The Amway is always a class act. We stayed in the older Pantlind side on request. Just love it. Our in room coffee maker delivered undrinkable, tea looking coffee, and we didnt see a container to put ice in for our wine. It also would be great if the parking wasnt so expensive if you stay at the hotel. Overall a great stay otherwise. They let us check in before 4. We will be back.”

“Al mio arrivo la struttura non ha trovato la mia prenotazione. L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...
