“This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. I was surprised that while we were out the second day, they did not bother with our room. Also, we wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub had filth all along the edges.
