“This Hotel is in the perfect location downtown. It is walking distance to alot of musemums and parks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel also have a resturant in it that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner with a cost.”

“Rooms are old and you can hear everyone talking. It is a beautiful property. Only on restaurant was open and it was full.”

“The only perk of this hotel was the location. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We ordered room service and were told they just ignored our order after an hour later and us calling down. AC wasn’t working in our room and told that it won’t go past 75 degrees in any room so there was no solution. Horrible stay especially for the cost.”

“This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

“It was centrally located with easy access off and on to the highway. It had a nice pool and hot tub. It also had a very large breakfast area with a nice variety of breakfast items - hot or cold. There was always cold water and coffee service available 24/7. The cookies at the front desk were definitely an added bonus. The lower level had a display dedicated to the military.”

“I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution. L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato.
