“This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.”

After entering the room that had been reserved for nearly a month, I was shocked with the condition of it. The bed was unmade and disheveled, sheets and pillows were not clean, dirty towels were thrown around the main living space and bathroom, soap provided by the hotel was opened and on the bathroom counter, used toiletries were left on...

La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...
