Boutique hotel a Michigan occidentale

“Room was clean. It took me awhile to figure out how to use the shades on the windows are electrical. So we slept with the windows bare. Hotel was nice. Bathroom exhaust didnt work. Also they dont offer alot of soap. We stayed in a double queen for 4 ppl. One set of soap was given. Had to ask for more and towels. Its a beautiful set up in the downtown area on Grand rapids with lots of places to visit and walk to. Over all was a great experience.”

“My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.”
