“I requested a roll away and was told we can't use it due to a fire hazard. No problem I understand. Next day our AC went out. It was so hot and my dad is a senior. He could barely breathe. We informed the staff and they told us they're not able to move us because all rooms were full. Again we did not make a big deal about it.
