“I can’t say enough good things about The Inn At Warner Hall. The staff, the rooms, the food, the scenery - we spent 3 nights for a getaway and didn’t want to leave. We’re already trying to find the next time we can go for a night!”

“This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues.”

“The first room we were given the floor was not vacuumed since the previous guests. If you had to speak to the staff all but 2 definitely made you feel like you were bothering them. But on a positive note we had plenty of hot water for showers.”

“We purchased an extra night so that we could sleep in the hotel room when we arrived after a 10 hour drive through the night with no sleep and 2 kids. Upon arrival the front desk staff (who was so rude and not accommodating at all) told us our reservation had been cancelled. We had to pay for service for both nights even though we didn’t get to stay at the hotel at all. We were then forced to purchase a different hotel across the street so that we could finally sleep. “Breakfast was good but the beds were horrible… worst night sleep with horrendous backache come morning.”

“Didn't use either,we were in our room Saturday evening when a man opened our door they had given him a key to our room this is completely unacceptable. incompetent help.”

“Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!”

“I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. But my trip was great,”

“If you're just staying a few nights, this place is sufficient for the price. Bed was comfortable. We had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom needed some repairs - the ceiling was falling apart and the room could use a good deep clean. The pool wasn't open yet, so we weren't able to use it. Overall, for the price it was okay. If we just need to stay one night, we will probably stay here again. Workers were nice, breakfast had a nice variety (yogurt, waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, juices)....

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”
