“The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.”

“I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. “The staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. It was over 100 degrees for the 4th weekend and our first room didn’t have a working ac, the switched us to a new room in the same floor. The outside property and the main floor are very clean, the rest of the building is a bit outdated The beds in the room were very comfortable and the hot water was actually hot. For the price and being conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg would stay again.”

“I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work.”

The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. “Some of the surfaces in our room were sticky and there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod when we entererd. Cigarette butts littered the ground around the stairs and room entrances. The location is very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, and other attractions, and the staff members were responsive and helpful, but overall the facilities are worn and rather dingy.
