“Hotel and room was very hot. TV picture was messed up. ”

“First thing I had to do was clean off the air conditioner. It was full of dirt. The floors were not even swept. The bathroom was clean and the sink was clean and there were clean towels. “I had forget my debit card after an extremely stressful roadtrip. I freaked out when staff advised me they needed a card on file for the deposit. I think the staff member saw I was stressed and exhausted- she reassured me everything was okay and waived the fee provided by I promised I wouldn’t smoke in the room (not a smoker anyways).
