Hotel a Midway

“Room was excellent, staff at front desk was to but one thing was missing in the room we got, with two of us in the room we had bath wash cloths and drying towels but. No towel to dry our hands after going to the bathroom and using it, had paper towels in our vehicle and went and got them to use.”

“Basic hotel - okay for a night's stay. Would be good if they offer a bottle of water at check-in and tea/coffee maker in the room.”

“This was one of the coolest places I have stayed in awhile. Very clean, sleek but warm. Cool art. High ceilings in rooms. I absolutely loved this space.”

“The property is under construction and we were not notified of this when we booked. We couldn’t find the front lobby. We drove around the place twice. The actual front desk is a fold up table down one hallway…There was dust and work equipment everywhere. There was no support on trying to connect with the Wi-Fi. For what we paid for the room it was a very big disappointment.”

“Parking was fine in front of the building. The food met our needs. But when we booked Expedia showed that allowed cats and dogs and this Windgate is Steubenville OH did take cats in Dec 2025 when we stayed there. but I called the day prior to our reservation, and they said they did not take cats since things have changed. They only take dogs now. It was to late to book with someone else so we had to scramble to find someone to take our cat. after going back and forth with Wingate they called the...

“My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall.”
