“Very nice hotel. Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I did. Literally has all things you’d want in a hotel Breakfast, pool and hot tub Bus and light rail so close to walk to which makes everything easy to commute too”

“Parking was very reduced, obtaining help was difficult, I reserved with Expedia so Hilton would not help, Expedia was not very helpful either. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The water from the shower would leak to the carpet. We had a “no smoking” room but it did not matter because the smell of weed came through anyways. One of the Ladies in the kitchen was rude. I do have to say the older lady was very nice. The front desk ladies were also nice and did what they could to help. It was...

“Un hotel bellissimo molto accogliente. Le stanze non sono enormi ma in 4 ci si sta comodi. Letti piccolini. L'air hockey fra la reception e il ristorante è stata una piacevolissima e divertentissima scoperta. Vale la pena!”

“The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”

“I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.”

“Excellent location to visit the river walk along the Mississippi and stone arch bridge. clean, cool, and super helpful staff. really enjoyed my stay.”

“There were bugs in our bathroom, paint/wallpaper peeling from the walls. The shower was great. Great water pressure. Clean bedding. But felt like we needed to have our socks on in our room.”

“Over all, the place was great! Only 2 complaints I have is that the WiFi was extremely slow, so if you need to work, use your hotspot, if you have it. And the water pressure was low. Other than those two minor things, the place was very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband, son-in-law, and grandkids did and they loved it. Will definitely stay there again.”
