“Great stay”

“The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The pillows were TERRIBLE. They all went COMPLETELY FLAT when laying on them. Also, the rooms are tiny. There was no closet, just a rod to hang a couple of items. The hose for the toilet was rusted and gross. I'm pretty particular when it comes to hotels - not snobby, just particular - and I chose this one based on reviews. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money, and not deserving of a 9.2 exceptional rating. The front staff was very nice...

“Firstly, elevator was not working and we were on the top floor! Ice and vending machines only on first floor and not well stocked. Phone in room did not work, wifi was public and had to use personal hotspot to stream on TV. Bathroom was FILTHY, especially the toilet. The microwave was nasty and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the hallway outside our room was sticky. Three guests and only two towels were in room. No offer for credit or help carrying luggage up and down stairs. Any paint...

“the pool has no water its empty the room we had my boyfriend spent half the night killing roaches that were literally everywhere completely disgusting wont be back there again and i suggest they get some pest control and get rid of there roaches”

“Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. You do hear some noise from the highway with the windows. The rooms are amazing and clean. We did have to ask the front desk for shampoo as one of the bottles in the shower was an extra body wash. The AC also worked very well. ”

“3 hotels next door to each other, high traffic area, not ideal for a quiet stay. Our AC was having trouble keeping the room cool, didn't change rooms because we were staying for just one night.”
