“I checked in Friday and never got the guy's name at the front desk but he was excellent treated every guest like they were at home. I loved the fact that my room was super clean and well stocked. I will be back again next year for my birthday weekend. I hope each and everyone of you and your family's have a very happy 🎊! ”

“On site free parking, friendly service. Basic rooms nothing fancy but pretty clean and the price is right. Perfect if coming to the area for a show at Lorain Palace or Black River Landing easy walk to both. A few decent bars near by , Speak of the Devil for drinks, Brass & Bronze has good food and decent selection of cocktails, and Scorchers is a neighborhood soorts bar to grab a beer or "bar food"”

“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. That was not acknowledged so I ended up going down to the frontdesk to get clean sheets and make...
