“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. “I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy.”

“We always check for bedbugs and this time, we found the jackpot. Staff was very nice and friendly though. ”

“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”

“Hotel is dated but not bad. Staff was nice friendly lady at the front counter. Weird smell in the lobby but not too bad. Took the elevator to the second floor where our room was and when the doors opened I was taken back by the suffocating smell of cigarettes and fried chicken. If we stayed two nights I probably would have picked up a can of febreeze and left it for them. Our room wasn’t bad, the couch was taped together and there was still a stale chicken/cigarette smell but it was manageable....

“Unsure why this place got such a high guest rating. It was extremely gross. Took a shower and felt dirtier after, somehow. Luckily, we only needed to be here a few hours before a flight. ”

“Although we only stopped by for the night, the property was quiet and is located conveniently near the highway. Free breakfast was included and even though there wasn’t much variety it made for a convenient grab-and-go breakfast. Highly recommended for travelers.”
