“Was perfect for our July 4th getaway. Easily enough room for 5 ppl and a dog. I thought it looked better than the pictures, was spacious, just what we needed.”

“If you are considering this property - rent it without hesitation! Everything is exactly as described ( or better )”

“This rental was perfect, sat back from the road for a quiet relaxing time. It was a nice walk or bike to the beach. Convenient in all directions for grocery store, restaurants, mini golf and ultimately the beach and boardwalk. Host quickly responds, check-in a breeze. Highly recommend. Can't wait to book again.”

“We shared this house with another family for a baseball tournament near by. The location was perfect. 10-15 mins to sports complex and close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The house fit our 2 families perfectly, the extra bonus space upstairs is great for the kids to have their own space. Linens and towels provided were clean. Josh was easy to talk to and got right back to me with any questions we had. Only thing was there was no coffee mugs or much glassware for drinks. Plate and...

“Owner was super friendly and very accommodating !! The house was super clean and perfect for a large group of people!”

“The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. The backyard is great for a small pet, the...

“Overall the property was fine for what we needed. The rooms were all nicely sized, check in and check out was super easy and location was great. Our one concern was the cleanliness. Since it was a pet friendly house we found dog hair on bed sheets and towels. ”

“Overall a nice rental that is dog friendly. There’s a lovely view of the bay and marina. Despite being next to the Rusty Rudder it actually isn’t too loud. Apartment D is the top floor, walk up. Air conditioning was working well and the porch is roomy and has nice chairs/table for relaxing. Fridge/freezer is working well. There is an oven/range and dishwasher too. WiFi and TVs with Roku. Walkable to ocean/bay and restaurants, very convenient.Few things of note:—Bring your own...

“We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and we plan on going again in the future. Maureen is a perfect host,”

“House was big enough for our family of teenagers to spread out and nice and clean. Loved having the washer dryer unit on the main floor and the kids liked the loft”
