Case in affitto in Delaware

“Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.”

“Great home to spend a vacation week with family. Beautiful views, close to beach, shopping and dining. Very peaceful sitting on the decks with the lake view. We loved watching the turtles everyday. The parking pass was great, we drove up to the ocean block to park for our beach days. The Jolly Trolley stop is very close to visit Dewey. Kitchen had everything we needed for making family meals. Fenced yard for the pup was great. Would definitely recommend this home.”

“Excellent location, very clean and well equipped. Helpful and accommodating owner.”

“The listing did not do this house justice! We had an amazing stay! We loved exploring the beach, relaxing and playing games. We also loved having the super quiet neighborhood but the easy convenience of shopping and Rehoboth a short drive away! Glenn was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!”

“Very nice property and the views are gorgeous! Highly recommend. ”

“We had a great stay! The townhouse is located in the Country Club Estates neighborhood, just a 15-minute (0.7-mile) walk to the boardwalk and around the corner from restaurants and shops. David and Christie were very welcoming and helpful, with prompt communication throughout our stay. We appreciated the website with local events and the simple checkout instructions. The setup was perfect for two couples, with two bedrooms, including one with two separate beds. The pool was great, just the right...

“The hose is beautiful new construction, the space is clean and kept. Disregard the images with grill, 48 hours prior to check in we were notified that no grilling allowed. We attempted to accommodate meals for 11 in the kitchen, with the upper and lower ovens turned on and multiple burners and ventilation hood operating kept tripping the breakers turning dinner calamitous. Utensils and some cookware featured for you to use had some oxidation on their surface. The same advertised outdoor...

“Beautiful property. Very clean. We enjoyed the animals and having a trail right by the property to walk on.”

“Wonderful neighborhood. Very good house. Would happily stay there again. (House would benefit from blinds and new mattresses, but neither interfere greatly in the stay. Grill could also use some love.) Communication and price were very good. Parking passes great because with kids it’s tough to walk to the beach with all the beach stuff. We drove. Got there by 9am, easy parking.) Lovely vacation.”

“This house was amazing and looks just as pictured - even nicer in person. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and the kitchen was fantastic. It even had 2 dishwashers! Loved the private community and beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. Jorge was very communicative and an excellent host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly reccomend!”

“Excellent place to stay for a DE vacation! The home is very clean and well decorated. Master suite with large shower is a plus. Open floor plan makes it a great space for family when spending time in the house. The house is close enough to spend the day at Lewes/CapeHenlopen/Rehobeth beaches, but a little removed from all the traffic of the tourist area, making it a great place to unwind and relax in the evenings. The outdoor hammock, gazebo, and fire pit were a huge plus, and the kids loved...

“Nice”

“This was our third time staying at Kim’s Prime hook beach house. As always, the house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials and lots of extras to make the stay feel like home. We enjoyed the beach with the kids and the dog (he LOVES the beach!) and walking/biking around the neighborhood. Check in is always easy and there are clear instructions for check out process. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay in this fantastic Prime Hook Beach home.”

“The property had everything we needed for purchase stay. There were small welcome gifts in each room. We loved the vibe of the community and enjoyed swimming in the pool, biking on the trails and crabbing. We would come back again.”

“Beach access was great.”

“Responsive”

“10/10. Perfect week for my sisters and our families. Everything was within walking distance. Our only complaint was the lack of loungers around the pool.”
