I ricordi della spiaggia dureranno per sempre in questa nuova casa (2019)! Situata vicino al lungomare di Pot-Nets Bayside, questa casa mozzafiato offre 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Goditi il porticciolo sul portico esterno e divertiti nell'ampia zona giorno che unisce cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Fai una passeggiata di 5 minuti sul lungomare del porto turistico per raggiungere il sempre popolare Paradise Grill, la spiaggia privata, i moli per la pesca e la pesca. Piscine, tennis, campo da baseball e campi da gioco sono sul posto. Gli scali in barca sono disponibili per l'affitto a $ 40 al giorno. Una macchina da golf è inclusa con questa proprietà senza costi aggiuntivi. Un'ottima posizione per kayak e stand-up paddleboarding! Si trova a breve distanza in auto dal famoso campo da golf Baywood Greens (10 minuti), dai Tanger Outlet Center esentasse (20 minuti) e dalle pittoresche aree del centro di Rehoboth Beach e Lewes (30 minuti).

Abbiamo un soggiorno minimo di 7 notti durante la nostra stagione estiva. Il check-in è alle 16:00 di domenica e il check-out è alle 10:00 di domenica. Abbiamo soggiorni minimi di 2 notti in tutti gli altri periodi dell'anno.

Great Family Vacay!

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was perfect to fit our family of 10 for vacation. The location is great to get to the beach, pool or paradise grill. Having a golf cart made traveling around pot nets very easy. The only negative things we would say is that the house could have been cleaner when we arrived. We also had to have the previous guests trash outside full in the trash bins until that Tuesday, so we couldn’t put our trash out. Overall, it was a wonderful week and we hope to be back again next year!

Fabulous house!

Myself, hubby, son, daughter in law, grandson and granddaughter. We all loved the open concept house and community. I would love to move there, but hubby is not on board to do that. 😩

The location was great to get to restaurants, stores, and around the area. The house was very clean! The location within the property was a bit loud and busy starting around 7a. Overnight it was relatively quiet though. The linens were a bit rough and the king mattress in the front room is well used. Our property manager was amazing! She answered requests quickly and was a pleasure to work with!

Would definitely go back . Everything was clean & well kept The places, was beautiful. . Three bathrooms four bedrooms you can’t go wrong big enough for the whole family. . Unfortunately we were here in November so we couldn’t use the pool or beach . It was definitely a 10 looking forward to coming back in the summer

The furniture and amenities were great. We checked in Sunday night and it was nice and calm. Thursday night we heard they had an orange crush contest at paradise and it was load! We had 3 kids under 6 with us and it sounded like the people outside were in the house. This continued Friday and Saturday. Overall the stay was great the only thing I did not enjoy was the noise from the people leaving and how fast they were driving.

The price was affordable. if I had one complaint it would be the quality/comfort of the sofa/loveseat and the mattress in master bedroom, they should be replaced. We hope to return next year.

Family time

We had a great weekend stay here. This was our second time staying here and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is great, plenty of room and comfy beds. Easy to get around the area and check out the local sights. Thanks for sharing your property.
