“This is a lovely hotel right in the beach. Our room was small and cosy and all we needed. Having requested a twin. Staff are really friendly. The general areas are bright and open. Very welcoming. I'm writing this as I wait to go for breakfast. But our dinner last night was spot on, and delicious 😋.
I'll come again.”

“High quality fittings and fixtures in bed and spacious bathroom. Lovely shower with clearly marked toiletries. Nice little extras (e.g. a fan and clothes brush). Neat tea/coffee making area. Double aspect in both bed and bathroom (that’s a first!). The staff and receptionist are cheerful, helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel on the beach with its gorgeous terrace is perfect. “Ottimo hotel sopra un pub. Stanza e bagno nuovi e curati nell'arredo. Buona pulizia degli ambienti e buona colazione. Unica pecca non ci è stata rifatta la stanza. Il personale si è limitato solo rimpinguare capsule del caffè e biscotti, ma non sono stati rifatti i letti, pulito il bagno né cambiati gli asciugamani. Ci siamo fermati due notti e non è stato un grande disagio. Solo per questo non assegno il massimo alla pulizia. Il ristorante è buono e adeguato nel prezzo”

“I only needed it for one night business. The host was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering it had its own ensuite. It's a little out if the centre but only 15mins walk from St Leonard train station. ”

“Was a little concerned when we couldn't contact anybody regarding Check In (They had a big wedding going on on the Saturday when I tried to call) - Call returned Sunday Am at about the same time that we went to make sure alll was OK which it was and we even checked in early - result!
Returned later - enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. Only comment would be that room could do with 2 comfortable chairs - especially as it is the "Premium Room" - the hard ones not so good forsitting for any length of...

“When you see reviews that say 10/10 Exceptional, half of you doesn't quite believe, the sceptic in me certainly didn't. But I was blown away by this hotel. Chris and Caroline were exceptionally friendly, the Hawkstone beer was a treat and breakfast was superb. The hotel was immaculate and Ideally located for town. Perfect. My only disappointment was that they are fully booked for when I return in September. ”
