When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. “Mirror was so dirty in bathroom I had to clean it to see anything. Was able to get an early check in which was much appreciated for a wedding we were attending. Heard hot tub had green slim around the entrance so didn’t even try it.”

“This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping.
