“We had a smooth and lovely experience from start to end. Early check in was quick and easy, a guy named Joseph at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly and welcoming and answered questions for us as we’re from out of country that was visiting for a concert.”

“We have stayed at this property before. It’s a good location and close to the U of M pool. The staff is always kind and helpful. They do charge for parking and the stalls are quite tiny, especially for a SUV or truck. One of the nights we stayed 9 cars parked in front of the hotel on Essex Street had their windows smashed out. So it was worth paying! The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. For the most part we had a good stay. A couple minor issues but nothing we couldn’t...
