Hotel a Minneapolis

“We ended up leaving and losing all our money as the hotel would not refund us. There were dead bugs all over the room, the sheets were thread bare and looked extremely old and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had prior water damage and was cracked and peeling as well. The carpet was stained… overall the building was in extreme disrepair. None of us felt comfortable laying down on the beds or setting our belonging on the floor. ”

“The room was fine . The continental”

“I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed during my stay. Additionally, housekeeping services were only provided every three days, which meant I frequently had to request fresh towels and washcloths. I also experienced a leak from the window whenever it rained. Another inconvenience was that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash directly into the bins. Overall, my stay was just okay, and I was expecting a better experience based on...

“Excellent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, very nice rooms and the onsite restaurant was fantastic.”

“The Tesla supercharger very helpful. Room was pretty clean, however there was hair in the shower. Staff so nice and property clean and bright”

“2nd time staying in this motel in the last 2 weeks, and even stayed in the exact same room by chance. Overall property is good, i did notice the same small maintence issues like toilet keeps running until you giggle the handle, sink drips, fridge was leaking water onto carpet from the melting freezer section of fridge. Just seems they need someone to pay better attention to small details. Overall the place was clean and beds were comfortable for a nights stay.”

“We had to reject the first room because it smelled like barf. The second one is livable for one night. It smells strongly of over-scented cleaning products. ”

“Parking for rooms on the opposite side is not good there is only parking on one side. The beds must have 1940 bedsprings in them in our room 114 every time a person rolled over it sounded like someone was doing the wild thing in the bed so noisy of springs. Havn't seen that in a motel since the 60s.”
