The front entrance leads you to the living room and dining room. Parking is available on the private driveway in back. This welcoming space includes an efficient kitchen, a king size bed and TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen offers seating for 2 and a view of our quiet back patio. Upstairs, you will find a full bathroom and 2 cozy bedrooms, each with its own separate balcony entrance.

Located just 20 minutes by car from downtown Minneapolis or 30 minutes from downtown St. Paul, you'll have easy access to all the educational institutions, attractions and amenities of the Twin Cities, without sacrificing the peace and tranquility of a residential neighborhood.
