The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. “No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

“The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast. ”

Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. “Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. ”

“I was not notified of the charge for parking of $19 per night until I arrived, the beds were not comfortable, We had to keep turning over to find a good spot but never found one. There was nothing to the pillows.Was too tired to try the hot tub which was the reason we picked the place in the first place, they offered lots of TV choices but few were free.”
