“Comfortable stay easy to find close to our destination”

“We stayed for 3 nights. There was an envelope in the room to tip the staff who was cleaning our room, however we never had anyone attend to our room-it was not cleaned and we never received new towels during the stay. For the cost, we felt the service was much less than we received at other places.”

“I liked the hotel and the staff I met (one front desk clerk I met at check-in and one housekeeper who came by my room were VERY friendly, professional, and personable; another desk clerk was okay). The room was a decent size for the cost. My only complaint is that my king suite was extremely damp and humid. A towel I hung to dry one morning was still very damp the following afternoon. Even the clothes in my suitcase felt damp after 24 hours in the room. I suspect this is not exclusive to the...
