“Staff is wonderful. Pillows were hard, like they were used for a long time. Maid came in our room even though we didn’t ask her to. She restock our bathroom which was goo. But, if you’re going to come in the room… do the rest. Like make the bed and restock stuff for coffee. Didn’t have a pillowcase for the extra pillow. Didn’t have the menu that it shows online. Then didn’t have one of the items I ordered for dinner. Get it right Corporate! Or that’s who they blamed it on. So, charges...
