“Our overall experience was not a good one. The house a/c was not able to maintain any temp below 81 degrees almost the entire time. I understand it has been a hot summer, but then you need to let the renters know ahead of time to expect a hot house. Because the house was so hot, the freezer could t keep our items frozen. “My family and the friends we stayed with had the best time at this beautiful property! The house included all the amenities we needed, and is only a short drive from the beach we went to both days of our stay. We also had the chance to watch the Regatta sailboat races on Sunday which was a lot of fun! The host was a prompt communicator and gave very clear instructions for everything related to our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future! ”

“Stayed for a long weekend to recover from a traumatic family loss. Severe cold caused the drains to freeze in the home and water backed up into the kitchen floor while we were cooking dinner. "All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
