“Throughout the years, I have stayed at multiple hotels while visiting St. Louis. I will ONLY stay at this hotel. Of course there are well maintained properties in downtown STL, but LIVE by Loews goes over the top. “The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room!
