“Our room was clean and spacious. The check in staff was helpful. Loved the option of the covered parking garage. The casino was a bit smokey.”

“When we checked in the man at the desk wasn’t very friendly. Then when we got to our room, went to wash hands, the water wouldn’t shut off at the sink. We called the desk, nobody showed. Called again, still nobody came. We had tickets to ball game so we had to leave. Went downstairs and talked to two people. When we returned from game, water was fixed but we only had hot water. Not fun trying to brush teeth with hot water only.”
