Resort e hotel con spa a Missouri sud-occidentale

“Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast...

“Front desk while checking in and out were awesome!!”

“I paid for a suite that I didn’t receive. The reservation was made a full week ahead, I arrived went to the room they never mentioned anything. When I went back down to try to get it fixed I was told they didn’t have anymore suites. I don’t mind a smaller room, but I do mind paying for something I didn’t receive. Very poor management on someone’s end.”

“The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The omelet was AWESOME!!! I had a great time.”

“I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Fairly clean hotel. Nice staff. Great for families so that you have room and the ability to cook if you’d like.”

“Terrible”

“The property has been totally remodeled and is in great shape. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety of options both hot and cold. The downside might be if you were on the second floor (which I was not) there is no elevator. My guess is you could request a ground floor room and they would accommodate. I did have an issue with the air conditioning on the second night of my stay which was addressed and corrected immediately. The staff...

“The staff was great. Jen, Jasmine and the ladies that work with the food and drinks were exceptional. There are some homeless people around but I felt safe inside the building and have never met nicer employees.”

“Best breakfast I've had included in my stay in a very long time”

“We were disappointed with stay. The room was in an annexe and had no way of blocking light from the windows that included skylights and, although ear plugs were provided to combat noise from the adjacent road, it didn’t really meet up to our expectations from the advert. Also we discovered this B&B didn’t give breakfast.”

“Love the room. I wish communication was better. And I wish the parking was better. Love everything else. Really love the bed slept so good.”
