Hotel vicino a Mitai Maori Village - Rotorua

“Great place for a Rotorua stop over, the room was clean & bed comfortable.”

“Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration”

“The location is excellent but that is where it ends. I have no idea why everyone is giving it the 4 or 5 stars. Please people tell the truth. The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off. Freezing was a more comfortable option. The breakfast, was...

“Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per la gentilezza del personale, stanza spaziosa, pulita, letto comodo, tutto perfetto. Ottimo posto fuori città nel verde, vicino a tutto. Consiglio. ”

“Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you”

“The warmth of the room was great, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and staff service was excellent. Service is key here at Ripple Rotorua and we’re returning back for future holidays…Thank you.”

“The room was very nice, clean. Had a small refrigerator, microwave, enough dishes and utensils. The only issue was trying to lock the door to the room- key was difficult, at times”

“Our room unfortunately was not good. Black on the ceiling in bathroom, no milk in fridge, holes in bedspread, burn mark holes in kitchenette countertop. The worst part was that we discovered there were no towels in our room and the office was closed with no number displayed to call. I'm glad we only stayed one night and if the office were open or a number to call I would have complained at the time and requested a new room.”

“Basic room but sufficed, staff very congenial and helpful.”

“stanza grande, con un seocndo letto sotot il divano, letto comodo, bagno grande, tutto per la colazione e anche un frigorifero. la piscina idromassaggio sempre aperta è ottima”

“good location for my team”

“The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room. We complained to you and the owner. He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room. It was very unhealthy to stay there. I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything. Absolutely awful!! Disappointed that you could not do anything to help us and we were forced to stay there for one...

“The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

“I did not like there was no actual kitchen or dining space. Did not stay for the full length paid for id like some sort of reimbursement. This wasa”

“Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Feel I...
