“Room is spacious and clean. Gym is small but functional. Staff are friendly.”

“The deluxe double room was big, comfortable and clean. The corridors, room and lift seemed like they were new. A good shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Excellent location for the Skyline Gondola and zip wire etc - just walking distance. But need to drive into the centre of Rotorua. Parking was no problem because there's a bottle store and dairy next door and which have parking when parking at the hotel was full.”

“The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

“Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. “Close to Kiriau park and about a 10 minute walk to the town centre, so a convenient location. The room was reasonably clean, but the fixtures and fittings were tired. The cooker was faulty and not many power sockets.”

“The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room. We complained to you and the owner. He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room. It was very unhealthy to stay there. I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything. Absolutely awful!! “Loved the heated pool and spa area (there are two spa pools) it was PERFECT for our kids - 3 year old and two 8 month olds. This is definitely family friendly. It is further away from all the main shops in town (I like being able to walk to places for dinner) but it is still very close by car, only 5 mins. When we wanted to just chill after a big day out we took the toddler on one of the two trampolines and also played on the swings. Nigh swims with the kids and then into the spa pool really...

“Everything ”

“We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There is a fascinating park opposite with geothermal features and a hot water foot bath. We enjoyed visits to Whakarewaewa Maori village and Waiotapu, both excellent. There were lots of other things nearby to see and do in Rotorua, we felt the property location was good for everything.”

“Room was very clean, and well kept. Hot tubs available for use, as well as a "hangi" with cooking instructions. Showers had great water pressure, and lots of hot water. Rooms were a little dated, but well kept, and decent amenities. ”
