Case in affitto a Modoc

“Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place.”

“Very nice accommodating house. Would like to go back in the future, for more nights.”

“2 king beds, well equipped kitchen. It’s a duplex but quiet— we couldn’t hear neighbors in the unit next door. We walked to the Evans town Center Park (20 min) for the fireworks display and it was great!”

“Perfect after a long ride. Cozy, clean, and a secure fenced yard for my dog to go afyer being stuck in a car for 8 hours. Has everything you need. Cooked supper amd breakfast. So nice to ne able to sit and watch tv.”

“Wonderful house with a beautiful, private backyard. Our group had a fantastic time during our stay, and Vahan was a wonderful host. Check in and out was super easy, and QR codes with information worked great. Our boys loved the bunk beds! Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The house was conveniently near family who live in Grovetown. The fenced in yard was good for our dogs.”
