“The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate. The pool hours in my opinion could’ve been a little bit longer. We are disappointed. The hot tub was closed since that’s one of the things we look for when we book a hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was nice and clean.”

“Old and musty. You could tell it used to be smoked in or was catching smoke from smokers. Even though it was non smoking, a chair and ash bucket were right outside the door. Fridge is a wine bottle cooler, had to physically pick up and move the microwave to plug it in. Bath mat was a dingy hand towel. All the towels were dingy white and thread bare or simply had holes. It wasn't even worth the discounted price I paid ket alone full price.”

“Breakfast was good and the area around the property felt safe. The outside was nice and bright, but inside was very dark and showing its age. We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but it was definitely below the standard we’re used to for the area.
