“The staff is very friendly. We stayed here last year as well for the NWAC championships. The rooms are updated and clean. Nice breakfast in the morning with fresh coffee.”

The hot tub was closed since that’s one of the things we look for when we book a hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was nice and clean.”

“Bare room with bed and tv. Shower was gross. Deck and stairs poorly unkept. Very noisy with traffic and people visiting outside. Bed very bad. I know you get what you pay for, but this was bad.”

“The towels had stains, place was dirty lamps didn’t work and I wish I could attach the pictures so they speak for themselves. Never again.”

“Old and musty. You could tell it used to be smoked in or was catching smoke from smokers. Even though it was non smoking, a chair and ash bucket were right outside the door. Fridge is a wine bottle cooler, had to physically pick up and move the microwave to plug it in. Bath mat was a dingy hand towel. All the towels were dingy white and thread bare or simply had holes. It wasn't even worth the discounted price I paid ket alone full price.”

“Breakfast was good and the area around the property felt safe. The outside was nice and bright, but inside was very dark and showing its age. We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but it was definitely below the standard we’re used to for the area. We visit family in Kelso 2-3 times a year and have stayed in 7-8 different hotels that all felt better than this location. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness.
