Hotel vicino a Monmouth County Beach -

“Paid extra for a room with two beds.even though i confirmed the reservation the day before. When i checked in ,they said that they gave my room to sombody else the night before. I was told i could have a one bed room or cancel my reservation. Expedia was no help. So i paid for two beds and got one for two grown men”

“Up keep and maintains of room…. As a guess cleanliness was an issue and these are something I can observe”

“The location is great, room itself was a bit dirty including the pillows and sheets. The staff was rude and unfriendly and not helpful. Average to low budget place to stay in a pinch”

“Three days to get a maintenance issue fixed, wifi spotty when not out, one front desk person in mornings who had to do double duty refreshing breakfast items resulting in long waits, tv kept going off for no obvious reason constantly had to reset and go through setup again.”

“The hallway is under construction and it was a terrible mess! The air conditioner blows in your face, next to the bed. Pillows are not clean. The breakfast was very good. ”

La posizione dell'albergo è troppo periferica per Manhattan anche se la fermata 9st della linea D è a 50 m, ci vogliono da 1/2 a 1 h per arrivare nei luoghi di dowton o midtown. Inoltre al piano interrato c'è un locale, apparentemente un Karaoke che ha delle stanze private, e in piena notte siamo stati svegliati da risse sulla strada e da qualcuno che bussava alla nostra porta. “potrebbe essere un buon hotel se non fosse per i precari o assenti servizi di base. camere sporche, in cinque giorni rifatta solo una volta su mia richiesta, sporco nelle scale usate per raggiungere la camera al 5 piano con ascensore non funzionante, si ha l'impressione di un hotel agonizzante condannato ad un futuro totale degrado.Gentile il personale anche se molto passivo.Deludente!”

“ROACHES! We stayed for only one night as it was the only hotel available. It was definitely run down and dirty. When we woke up, there were at least 6 dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. When we told the site manager the next morning at check out he basically said they never had that issue but when I showed him a picture, he changed his story and said it was because of the heat. Don't recommend.”

“Considerando i prezzi folli di New York, questo è un ottimo compromesso. La stanza per 4 era molto ampia anche se i due letti matrimoniali sono alla francese. La nostra stanza era al piano terra, senza una vista decente e senza la possibilità di aprire la finestra per cambiare aria. Il letto era molto comodo, il bagno spazioso con vasca, senza tenda per fortuna, e naturalmente senza bided. “The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”
