Hotel vicino a Sandy Hook Lighthouse - Highlands

“Paid extra for a room with two beds.even though i confirmed the reservation the day before. When i checked in ,they said that they gave my room to sombody else the night before. I was told i could have a one bed room or cancel my reservation. Expedia was no help. So i paid for two beds and got one for two grown men”

“Up keep and maintains of room…. As a guess cleanliness was an issue and these are something I can observe”

“Three days to get a maintenance issue fixed, wifi spotty when not out, one front desk person in mornings who had to do double duty refreshing breakfast items resulting in long waits, tv kept going off for no obvious reason constantly had to reset and go through setup again.”

“The location is great, room itself was a bit dirty including the pillows and sheets. The staff was rude and unfriendly and not helpful. Average to low budget place to stay in a pinch”

“The hallway is under construction and it was a terrible mess! The air conditioner blows in your face, next to the bed. Pillows are not clean. The breakfast was very good. ”

“I have been to this location/hotel several times and we really like it here. Its only 3 miles to the beach,its clean,they have a great breakfast and free bottled water at the desk. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is super comfortable with a nice size tv. This is our go to jersey shore hotel”

“Considerando i prezzi folli di New York, questo è un ottimo compromesso. La stanza per 4 era molto ampia anche se i due letti matrimoniali sono alla francese. La nostra stanza era al piano terra, senza una vista decente e senza la possibilità di aprire la finestra per cambiare aria. Il letto era molto comodo, il bagno spazioso con vasca, senza tenda per fortuna, e naturalmente senza bided. Struttura moderna, comoda e in una zona tranquilla con ottima pizzeria da asporto a due passi. I letti non...
