Affascinante casa (vera vista mare), nel centro storico di Monopoli sulle mura cinquecentesche, a due passi dal mare e dalle incantevoli calette di sabbia e scogli. La casa è composta da soggiorno ,salotto, 2 camere da letto ( 1 letto matr,2 singoli), 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, frigo, bollitore) terrazze panoramiche vista mare( MQ 150) completamente indipendente ,solarium, , connessione WiFi gratuita ed illimitata, aria condizionata, riscaldamento. Finemente arredata, pavimento in parquet. La residenza è disponibile per soggiorni brevi e lunghi . Per i ciclisti disponiamo di locale attiguo gratuito per custodia biciclette / canoe LA CASA DISTA SOLO 80 METRI DAL PONTILE DISCESA IN MARE. Wonderful property in the perfect location. Alex and Rocco were great hosts, happy to assist every time we needed them. This property was right on the edge of the old town and the ideal location for restaurants and the beach. One of the few properties with an outdoor balcony and setting, which we loved. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great location in Monopoli

The location of the apartment, right on the harbor and within a short walk of the Castle, is perfect for a short week in Puglia. Great food and gelato are readily available. The owner gave great suggestions for nearby restaurants.

We can recommend the apartment very much, since is is located in the old city centre and only 10 minutes walk from a beautiful city beach. We enjoyed the hospitality of Alex and Tocky very much.

Our third time at this apartment. The best place ever!

We are welcomed back like family. The place is perfect for us, walking distance to everything, very clean, trains and tons of restaurants and great walks and swimming in the Adriatic Sea all right there. Owners were extremely helpful and kind and gave us great recommendations.

Outstanding property with everything you could possibly need. Alex Ada and Rocky were brilliant hosts . Very helpful and lovely people. I would highly recommend this property. It was such a nice place to come home to at the end of the day out and about. Just like being home!

Alex, the host (and his son Rocco) were always available for questions and information. They were welcoming, friendly and very helpful! We were even provided with a treat basket upon arrival, and Alex left us pastries on the stairs one morning for breakfast (and again, our last morning). The property was absolutely beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need. We are seasoned travelers and would highly recommend this property!

This property is very well located, adjacent to the old town, 5 mins walk to Numeri Primi and Saleka supermarkets and Farmacia Station just 10 mins walk The owners are very nice people and quick to reply to any questions Rocky even drove me to a Farmacia which he found open on a Sunday when I needed bandages for a deep glass cut Wi fi and Aircon worked well and secure door locks Monopoli is a great base from where to visit Alberoberro, Ostuni, Lecce and Polignano a Mare Well recommened

Outstanding stay in fantastic apartment

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped apartment with brilliant outdoor space and in a fantastic location at the edge of the old town. There was absolutely nothing to fault. The host, Alex, was an absolute star - kind and helpful and went out of his way for us. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Oh, and Monopoli was great as well.

Schöner Urlaub in lebendiger Atmosphäre

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Lage und Ausstattung dieser Wohnung. Zentral gelegen, nur ein paar Schritte bis zur bezauberten Altstadt von Monopoli. Perfekter Standort um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden (Matera ca. 70 km ) Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Sogar eine kleine Erstversorgung stand für uns bereit. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

A Gorgeous Home in Beautiful Monopoli

We adore this apartment. Alex and Ada greeted us at 9pm with open arms, so much love and the most thoughtful welcome basket of Italian goodies. The apartment is perfect—pristine, well organized, a properly stocked kitchen and dining room, plenty of towels and bedding—very comfortable beds, the location is top notch and the outdoor dining/terraces of the apartment are absolutely perfect. You don’t want to leave the private rooftop views but you must because Monopoli and it’s surrounding day trip towns (Matera, Locorotundo, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare are dreamy). The apartment is right within old town, within minutes of every attraction, restaurant, plaza, shop, cafe, playground, beachfront walkways, grocery, pharmacy, etc. This apartment is a must stay as you’ll not only receive amazing communication from its owners but also such a warm welcome and stay. We stayed for 8 days and believe it’s perfect for couples, families and friends.

Eintauchen ins süditalienische la dolce vita

Das schöne und wunderbar renovierte Altstadthäuschen liegt direkt am Fischerreihafen Monopolis. Auf der vorderen Terrasse kann man beim Frühstücken dem Treiben im Hafen zuschauen oder gleich schnell frangfrischen Fisch direkt vom Boot kaufen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet und bietet komfortabel Platz für 4 Erwachsene - dazu gibt es ein Kämmerlein mit einem Einzelbett, was aufgrund der Deckenhöhe eher für Kinder/Jugendliche geeinget ist ;-) Das Häuschen ist blitzsauber, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern prompt, freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Auf der riesigen Dachterrasse kann man sich auf den Liegestühlen sonnen - oder den Schatten unter dem großen Sonnenschirm suchen, sich unter der Außendusche abkühlen und seinen Abendapperativ genießen. Das Häuschen hat dazu auch eine sehr gut funktioniernede Klimaanlage und sehr gut isolierte Fenster, so dass auf Wunsch eine Oase der Ruhe entsteht. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Häuschen, super zentral direkt an der wunderschönen Altstadt mit seinen vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Geschäften gelegen: Wer gern in das quirlige Leben einer italienischen Kleinstadt eintauchen möchte und die Treppen zum und im Häuschen steigen kann ist hier allerbestens aufgehoben.

A 5+ Star Stay

When we first stumbled upon this apartment on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true - a rooftop terrace and balcony over looking the Adriatic? But everything was as perfect as it looked online. We've rented a lot of different apartments though out the years, but Alex is the one of the most thoughtful and hands on host we've ever experienced. He and his lovely wife Ada provided us with all the information we needed as they showed us around the apartment. It's roomy and comfortable and although we didn’t use the kitchen, it contains everything you need to cook an Italian dinner or a quick breakfast. The beds, real mattresses(!), and memory foam pillows(!), were extremely comfortable. Both full bathroom were clean and well lit and equipt with roomy showers. The location was incredible, easy walking to the old town and city center. There are restaurants and bars around the apartment, but at night we closed the windows and turned on the AC and never heard a sound. Alex was always a text away if we had any questions or issues (we had none) but checked once to see if we needed anything. They were both very considerate, leaving us a basket filled with jam, cookies and other treats and one morning Alex had dropped off two broche at our door! Thank you Alex and Ada for such a wonderful time! We will be back, Joyce and George

Ottima casa vacanza

La proprietà è situata alle porte del centro storico, consente di usufruire dei locali e negozi tipici pur rimanendo tranquilla.I locali sono ben disposti e comodi per 4/5 adulti, ho apprezzato la terrazza sul piano cucina dove fare colazione vista mare. Presente tutto quello che serve, compreso dei prodotti di benvenuto, gel disinfettante e mascherine. Se si volesse elevare la proprietà ad un livello Top, il consiglio è di mantenere la manutenzione aggiornata ( zanzariere e copertura terrazza) magari la TV nelle camere, ma anche così è perfetta per una splendida e confortevole vacanza. Grazie e ci tornerei volentieri.

La Terrazza Sul Mare

Ad Agosto abbiamo fatto una fantastica vacanza a Monopoli. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti in una casa a dir poco perfetta dai proprietari che gentilissimi e cordiali ci hanno fatto trovare acqua latte frutta fresca e altri prodotti locali.La casa si trova nel centro storico e vicino alla piazza principale del paese, si affaccia sull'incantevole porticciolo del quale si può godere la vista seduti al tavolo del terrazzo antistante la cucina. Da una scala a chiocciola si arriva poi al grande terrazzo attrezzato per il relax dal quale si ammirano ancora il mare e i tanti campanili del centro storico. Non posso che dire benissimo di tutto,i superlativi mi vengono spontanei per una casa spaziosa , nuova,pulitissima con arredamento curato nei minimi particolari che ha reso le nostre vacanze speciali.... Il mare limpido della zona ha reso ancor più bello il tutto

Fantastic apartments

These are the best apartments ever. Realy nice and spacious, made by taste. Five people there can feel freely. All is clean and tidy. There are two terraces. One beside the kitchen and one huge on the roof with shower and with chairs for sunburn. Beautiful view on the see from both terraces. Apartments have perfect location. About 10-15 minutes walking to the station. Around full of restaurants. You can walk along the see direct from your apartments. Owners - Alex and his wife are realy kindly and nice people. They were ready take our luggage to the station. I definitely suggest to stay in these apartments.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft

Wunderbare Lage, direkt im Hafen mit schöner Terrasse. Sehr netter Vermieter, der sehr viel Hilfestellung gibt und sehr flexibel ist. Die Wohnung ist in einen sehr guten und sehr sauberen Zustand, gut geeignet für 5 Personnen. Lage am Rand der Altstadt mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Wohnung. Küche und alles sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekt!

Bellissimo appartamento in un posto straordinario

L'appartamento, rinovato in autunno 2014, è veramente perfetto. C'è molto spazio, e dispone di tutto quello che ci vuole. La casa è pulitissimo e arredato di buon gusto. Ci sono due terrazze grandi con bel visto sul mare ed il porto peschereccio. Il centro storico vivace, con ristoranti e bar, si trova a due passi. La posizione del'appartamento si presta perfettamente a fare degli escursioni nei dintorni (p.e. Polignano, Castellana Grotte, Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce...). Alla fine ringraziamo tanto i proprietari, Alex e sua moglie, per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità.

Rocky and Alex are fabulous hosts. Very responsive and when we couldn't find the house Rocky came looking for us! The property is outstanding with a great location and great view. Monopoli Old Town is just around the corner with wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars. Puglia is a beautiful area of Italy and many small towns are a short distance away. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Wonderful apartment in fantastic location

Our stay in this lovely, bright, cheery apartment was near flawless. The apartment itself was roomy, bright, extremely well-equipped, clean, and everything worked well. The kitchen was roomy with a large refrigerator and opened to a beautiful deck overlooking the harbor. The living and dining area was large, bright and functional. The two bedrooms were large with tons of closet space. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The property is located on the edge of the old town, and in easy walking distance to busy piazzas and restaurants. The only caution I would offer is that there are a fair amount of steps to reach the entrance of the apartment. That being said, both my wife and I are in our 70s and I have bad knees, but the steps would not be something that would keep us from staying here again should we return to Monopoli.

Great location and view

Imagine yourself sitting on a terrace and watching the boats in the port, the sea, and the people walk by. Doing this while drinking wine and aperol spritzes makes it even nicer. I spent one entire day sitting on the terrace by the kitchen inhaling the view so I could take the sights and sounds home with me to the US. And, the old town with all its restaurants and charm, is right behind you. The apartment is one floor up from the street. It's a comfortable and nicely decorated home. The owners are the best I have ever experienced in all my years with VRBO. They went above and beyond welcoming us, helping us arrange our departure covid tests, and stocking the fridge with milk and breakfast items, and, of course, coffee! The kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 bedrooms/1 bath, are located on the main floor. A smaller bedroom is halfway down the stair. A second bathroom is up a circular staircase that leads to the fabulous rooftop terrace. The 2 bedrooms are roomy with armoires. They are at the back of the apartment so you do hear some of the happiness of the diners below.. Windows and curtains help dim those sounds,. Nice big shower, big washer machine. You dry clothes on the terrace. After 6 days there, we were so in love with Monopoli and this apartment we didn't want to leave. It's a gift to yourself to stay here. I know it will be your best 'soggiorno!'

Propriétaires très agréables et accueillant, ils sont très soucieux du confort de leurs hôtes et à l'écoute des demandes...... Appartement sublime on vous le recommande de le louer les yeux fermés
