Villa Bruni is a charming and spacious villa with a private pool in Monopoli, Apulia. Its genuine Apulian style is well-set in the amazing and appreciated hilly landscape and it can cosily take in up to 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms.

This villa is the proper place for a relaxing holiday since it is surrounded by the green and scented Mediterranean maquis, surrounded by a gentle and romantic style, emotionally different from modern trends and extraordinarily vintage, personally edited by Giannamaria Bruni, shabby desinger.

The house is fully served by WI-FI and consists of 2 floors: upstairs there is a living area with a comfortable dinner table and a satellite TV set; a kitchen with plenty of saucepans and kitchenware, fridge and microwave; one double bedroom and one with 2 beds that become a double-bed if necessary; both bedrooms have the air-conditioning; 2 comfortable bathrooms, one of which with shower. Downstairs there is a wide living area with a divan bed to be used as an extra king-size bed both for adults and for children; a TV set, a wardrobe and a characteristic fireplace; 2 bathrooms both with showers and valuable sanitary fixtures; a kitchenette fully equipped with kitchenware; finally there is a wide double bedroom.

Outside the villa there is a private pool (10x5 mt) with a whirlpool; a wide and luxuriant garden; a relaxing hammock in the shade of the pinewood; a completely indipendent and protected solarium.

The idea stems from the desire of two sisters to restore and give a new shine to their family’s summer residence built in the 80’s and recently refurbished with the care and attention usually reserved for a house to which the best memories are connected: a holiday home of great prestige for reception and hospitality, surrounded by the astonishing greenery and silence of the bucolic countryside of Apulia, a few steps from the crystal clear sea of Monopoli and other places of great interest such asthe Caves in Castellana or the Trulli in Alberobello, and the Itria Valley with its wines, the ceramics of Grottaglie, and many other characteristic villages to be discovered.

The villa is recommended to all types of families, included the large ones, that would like to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday in a genuine Apulian place close to the most important and famous tourist resorts included the crystal clear sea of Monopoli.
