“Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. ”

“My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

“I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside. The tub had bars but no shower seat and the tub was very slippery for her. The beds were also very high and she had difficulty just getting on the bed from the wheelchair. “The staff was absolutely amazing, very welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and lasted even longer than expected. Whole building was very well maintained and extremely clean. ”

“I am very pleased with the cleanliness and the location of my room. The residents on the floor are also quiet. The staff is willing to answer questions and help with whatever they can. I enjoy the complimentary coffee, muffins, and granola bars, as well as just greeting the staff and others in the morning. The parking is adequate, and I feel that my car is safe. Chipotle and Chick-fil-A are right around the corner, there is a Chinese restaurant that delivers, and Sammy’s is about a half mile...
