“Don't get the family loft. Top area doesn't have an A.C. Bed is clean but room poorly maintained. For example, the coupon booklet in the drawer expired June 2017, the vynyl tile in the washroom is peeling, with small crevices around the heater. Lots of dust. Found a small bug in the washroom in the morning, might have been a tick. Only stayed for 1 night, requested partial compensation but got the cold shoulder. They said we can't control bugs entering the property through the front door when...

“Stay was good but the hotel is next to a pub so was noisy until after mid night. Also no parking at the hotel so we had to leave our car over 2 blocks away. They have nice hot tubs which we will try if we ever stay there again.”

“We were a family of four seniors. On arrival we were met by friendly staff and a terrific cappuccino/hot chocolate machine and freshly made on site cookies. Our family suite was spacious, clean and well appointed. The air conditioners were temperamental and the connecting door needed work, which was attended to immediately by a great maintenance worker.
