“The gardens and sitting area were wonderful. Every morning we were greeted by Ruger who wanted to play fetch. Well appointed and comfortable accommodations. ”

“We had such a great time during our two night stay! The host told us about a wonderful hike (view in the photo), we picked a huge bowl of fresh raspberries, had a wonderful fire in the firepit, and the kids loved watching Spiderman backwards while they learned about rewinding a VHS tape. Tons of big comfy towels and plenty of other amenities. We were nervous to try hooking up the dishwasher to the sink without instructions, so hand washing all the dishes was a little unexpected (I bet if we had...

“Extremely pleased with this property and host. Very comfortable and cozy. Loved all the decor reflecting the heritage of local culture. Our first time visiting Montana. Plenty of local travel literature and maps to help plan each day of fun. Nice place to come back to each day after long days of sightseeing. Couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. Would love to stay at this property again and will definitely recommend to friends and family!”

“Such a lovely property! The interior had all the comforts of home, including super soft linens, games, a fully equipped kitchen, and wifi/internet TV. The neighborhood is very walkable. The exterior was not all that charming, as it is on a busy street, and the back yard was off limits due to construction. All understandable and did not diminish the experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Missoula! ”

“This adorable house was just perfect for my two week stay in Missoula. Everything was clean. It was very comfortable and a great place to stay.”

“This cottage was modern and updated and decorated beautifully.It allowed us to visit other places in Montana in addition to Yellowstone National Park.”

“Our stay here surpassed expectations. We had a beautiful time sitting out on the porch in the evening, watching the sun rise in the morning, and exploring the book collection. Kitchen was well stocked and could cook our full meals. Bed linens were top knotch (huge fan of Quince). Check in/out as easy. And didn’t have any issues during our stay. ”

“The property was great, it was clean and the views were beautiful. I wish there was a stand alone fan or something to pull the cool air in the evening into the house, because being on the second floor, after a hot summer day, the house is so warm. Opening the windows helped, but the lack of adequate airflow to help push the hot air out and bring the cold air in from outside was a little frustrating. Besides that, the house was lovely! ”

“Comfortable ”

“Second time staying at this perfect little gem in Livingston. Came for shows at Pine Creek and some outdoor exploration. Easy walk or ride into town for coffee and snacks and had a great gravel bike ride on Old Yellowstone. The place is perfect for one or two people. It’s quiet and has enough amenities for a slow weekend at home and is close enough for the many activities the surroundings have to offer. I still need to give Yellowstone a proper visit and will look forward to that next time! ”

“Overall was very happy with the property. Clean, comfortable and great location! Might want to mention proximity to train tracks. Didn’t bother us, but some guests may want a heads up. Also, may want to mention 3rd bedroom is down steep stairs. Not a big deal for us,but might be for some.Lastly another garbage or recycling bin outside would be helpful for longer stays.We had a great time in the beautiful Flathead Valley!! We appreciate Dixie opening up her house for us”
