The beds are comfy, the bedding is soft and they’ve thought of everything (bed warmer, hot water kettle, robes) Our only critique is that there should be phone staffing - we had some confusion on the check in process and couldn’t get a call/text/email back in a timely manner - all worked out in the end, though 😉. Can’t wait to stay again!”
