Hotel con piscina a Montana occidentale

“Nonostante la struttura sia buona, la gestione è affidata ad un gruppo di giovani che sembrano passati di lì per caso. A colazione manca sempre anche l'indispensabile. Il latte era disponibile un giorno su tre, così lo yogurt e la frutta. Niente marmellata e tutta roba di seconda categoria.”

“Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare. When you are paying $300+ for dinner, I expect better quality and customer service support when things don’t go as they should. If you are wanting to use the simulators, they close them early, or say they aren’t...

“The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great ambience. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were under renovation when we were there. Also, the staff were unable to answer basic questions like how much the children’s buffet was. Also, the walls are very thin so the people in one of the rooms did not get much sleep. Would be great if just priced a bit lower, especially for the off-season”
