“Front desk staff is good. Maintenance is HORRIBLe. Took 1.5 days to get the a/c corrected. BOTH elevators were inoperative- repeat BOTH! Valet was good. Waiter is good. Pool heat failed. Manager on duty was good.”

Unfortunately, the room did not quite live up to expectations. It felt outdated, and its location on the first floor right next to the sky bridge made for a less-than-relaxing experience. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by guests talking loudly, walking heavily, and repeatedly opening and slamming the sky...
